Privacy notice

LiveShowLow is operated by 117 Industries. We help homeowners describe projects and connect with independent contractors.

Information you provide

Our project form collects your name, chosen contact details, property address, service request, project description, measurements, timing, property relationship, and any photos you choose to upload. We keep a record of your contact preferences and consent. Please do not upload identity documents, financial records, or unrelated personal information.

How we use it

We use this information to calculate preliminary estimates, review requests, verify contacts, arrange conversations, match suitable contractors, and track the result of a referral. We may record attribution such as the campaign or website link that brought you here.

Sharing with a contractor

If you request an estimate, relevant project and contact details may be shared with a contractor who can assess the job. Contractors are independent businesses and provide their own estimates and agreements. We do not publish your contact information or property details as public project content.

Contractor accounts and job board

Contractor applications include business and contact details, a submitted license number, trades and service towns. Approval requires a desk review. An approved contractor can post a job, express interest in matching opportunities, and track assigned work. Reviewed job listings show the trade, town, timing and a scope prepared for the board. We keep exact addresses, contact details and the original private description out of browsable listings. These details are available to the posting business, the project desk and the assigned contractor. Do not include identifying details in a public job title or scope.

Offers and progress records are visible to the people handling that job. Contractors cannot browse other firms’ private accounts or the operator CRM. Account access can be suspended by the desk.

Inspection visits and reports

The assigned technician and authorized project desk can access the property details needed for the visit. Inspection photographs, written findings and the completed report are stored with the inspection record. The desk confirms the recipient before the report is prepared for delivery. These records are not published on the job board.

Contact preferences

We contact you through your selected method about your project. Texting is optional; message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw permission for further contact by replying STOP to a text or using the contact request form and including your project reference. Contact permission does not require you to buy anything.

Property data services

Where a property-data integration is enabled, a project address or coordinates may be sent to that provider to assist with measurements. Google data, when available, is an estimate of property geometry and does not replace an inspection. Inspection findings are recorded by the technician; reference imagery does not establish roof condition.

Storage and access

Project information is stored in our project desk and is accessible to authorized operators. We retain it for project handling and legitimate business records, and review removal requests individually. Photos are re-encoded to remove embedded metadata on upload. You may ask to access, correct, or remove your information by using the contact request form and including your project reference.

Cookies and tracking

The homeowner site does not use advertising cookies. The team desk and contractor desk use separate session cookies for authentication. Future advertising tracking requires an updated notice and appropriate consent controls before activation.

Questions
